When you receive your item if you observe any damage to the shipping container or containers please bring it to the attention of the delivery driver, if at all possible obtain a copy of any report.

In the unlikely event there is any damage or shortages please notify us at your earliest convenience, you have 48 hours, two business days to report any damage or shortages with your order.

Any attempted repairs or alterations by other than the seller, manufacture or company that issued the Warranty voids this warranty.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. and or excessive voltage. Items exposed to excessive conditions such as heat or freezing conditions above 112 degrees Fahrenheit or below
-32 degrees Fahrenheit.
I will only pay return shipping for items received not as described or pictured, DOA or damaged in shipping, In this case I will provide a return shipping label. Any Items returned for repair or replacement within the warranty period, s

All other returns for other than the reasons listed are the responsibility of the buyer to pay for shipping of the item or items back for repair or replacement, we will pay the return shipping back to you.
Please remember it is very important that your item or items are returned in the same boxes as they were received in, this does not apply to items for repair.
